An Access Economic report commissioned by the ETU Victorian Branch shows that a national solar scheme with a Gross feed-in-tarrif would allow for double the amount of installations for the same cost as the government has spent under the Solar Homes and Communities Plan in the past 18 months. The report reveals that an additional 22500 jobs are possible in the solar industry. A real industry for hard working, caring Australians. Sun Empire Solar Systems supports a national approach to a gross premium feed-in-tarrif which will give the maximum benefit to all customers who invest in a solar system. This approach would see Australia reduce it's reliance on dirty coal fired energy sources and switch to a cleaner and greener future with less greenhouse gas emissions and a cleaner environment for everyone.
