You will be providing advice, quotes and support for solar electric (photovoltaic) systems. We will provide you assistance with lead generation, training and support to maximize your effectiveness in this great job.
You will be promoting leading solar technology to interested and engaged clients and you will benefit from ongoing training, marketing & sales support.
Duties include:
• Stimulating customer interest in our products and services by using a range of marketing activities, including events, publicity material, emails and direct contact;
• Providing information, assisting with queries, conducting site visits and providing quotes to interested customers;
• Completing sales, taking deposits, ordering products and organising delivery to customers;
• Following up with suppliers and customers to ensure projects are completed in an efficient and timely manner;
• Other duties as required - flexibility in this position is vital
Selection Criteria:
• Previous sales experience is ideal (preferably within the renewables sector) however not essential;
• A CEC solar power design accreditation is preferred but not essential;
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and a friendly, enthusiastic personality;
• High level of organisational skills and a systematic approach to work;
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office, the ability to prepare reports and Apple Macintosh computer familiarity (preferred but not essential);
• Knowledge of sustainability products or an aptitude to learn quickly;
• A belief in sustainable solutions;
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
• A current driver’s license and a willingness to do site visits to homes & businesses;
• Good written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to work without supervision.

You will be processing accounts, book keeping and supporting our sales staff with administration duties. You will be answering phone calls and promoting leading solar technology to interested and engaged customers.
Duties include:
• Accounts book keeping, accounts payable and receivable using Quickbooks Premier V 2010 / 2011
• Data processing of job paperwork with electricity retailers and distributors
• Providing information, assisting with queries to interested customers;
• Taking job deposits, assisting organising delivery to customers;
• Following up with customers to ensure projects are completed in an efficient and timely manner;
• Other duties as required - flexibility in this position is vital
Selection Criteria:
• Previous accounts / book keeping experience Using Quickbooks Premier V 2010 / 2011 is essential;
• Data entry and administration experience is necessary with the ability to organise job paperwork;
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and a friendly, enthusiastic personality;
• High level of organisational skills and a systematic approach to work;
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office, the ability to prepare reports and Apple Macintosh computer familiarity (preferred but not essential);
